The UKEB is the UK National Standard Setter for IFRS, focused on influencing the development and adoption of high-quality international accounting standards for use by UK listed companies. The UKEB’s work helps promote the UK public good by ensuring transparency and comparability of financial information and the smooth functioning of capital markets.
