UKEB ad hoc Board meeting on 7 March 2023: Agenda papers and registration

The ad hoc UKEB public Board meeting will be held on 7 March 2023 at 14.00 hrs.

The agenda will focus on the following:

• International Tax Reform – Pillar Two Model Rules (Amendments to IAS 12): Final Comment Letter
• UKEB Regulatory Strategy 2023/24

At the UKEB’s meeting on 23 February 2023, the Board agreed to accept a late paper in respect of ‘Item 3: International Tax Reform—Pillar Two Model Rules (Amendments to IAS 12): Draft Comment Letter’. This was to allow time for the paper to be finalised after the end of the short comment period on the UKEB’s draft Comment Letter to the IASB, which ends on 3 March 2023. That paper will be submitted no later than Monday 6 March 2023.
