The UKEB has today published the summary findings of its 2024 Annual Board Effectiveness Review. The review focused on four core areas: Board governance and accountability; culture and composition; Secretariat support; and leadership.
UKEB Chair, Pauline Wallace, said:
“This year’s Board effectiveness review provided a valuable opportunity for the UKEB Board to pause and reflect on its performance and how that impacts and drives the performance of the organisation as a whole. The review’s positive findings, including insightful feedback from Secretariat and Official Observers, confirmed that the Board is operating effectively, albeit we will continue to seek out continuous improvement opportunities. Board succession planning is a key focus as we move through 2024 and into 2025.”
